Join us for our Candle Light Sessions!
a relaxed, intimate evening of live acoustic music under the glow of candlelight. Held on the second Thursday of each month, we showcase amazing independent artists like the brilliant William Poyer.
Expect chilled vibes, gorgeous sounds, wine and cheese boards on offer, and a cosy, fully seated setup. It’s the perfect way to unwind – but be quick, these sessions get booked up fast!

Original Sound Promotions present 3x fantastic bands that are smashing it on the original music scene! This is your chance to support great bands, independent business and a grassroots venue, all in one EPIC night of live music!!!
Entry is £5 on the door (door money is split between the performing bands).

Our Story
After years of working in pubs, running events, booking bands, and soaking up live music ourselves, we decided it was time to do things our own way.
When The Wheatsheaf in Leighton Buzzard was facing closure, a few of us good mates and fellow music lovers got together with a new idea: to create an independent venue that brings together all the things we love – live music, great beer, and brilliant events.
We found the perfect spot – the old Blockbuster Video shop – and, with the help of a lot of good friends, we got stuck into the renovations. What used to be a wall of VHS tapes is now a cool, welcoming place where people can come to enjoy cracking gigs, a relaxed atmosphere, and a proper community vibe.
The Crooked Crow Bar is more than just a bar, it’s a labour of love. We're proud of what we've built, proud to support live music, and proud to be part of Leighton Buzzard’s buzzing independent scene.
