Join us for our monthly quiz, the 2nd Wednesday of each month. We are proud that our quiz is the least serious quiz in town, with rounds such as "Foul-Mouthed Anagrams" and "Name That Mouse", as well as the usual music lyrics, film and general knowledge rounds:

Whether you're into books, crafts, eco living, or just fancy a good chat (we’ve got groups like Book Club, Craft Corner, The Eco Social, English as a Second Language Meet-Up, and Men’s Talk), there’s a spot here for you.
New to the area? Need a safe, friendly space to socialise? Or just curious about what’s happening locally? Come down and get stuck in... no pressure, no fuss.
The pool table’s out, the tunes are on, the beer’s flowing, and we’ve got street food to keep you going. Everyone’s welcome and we really do mean everyone.
Our Story
After years of working in pubs, running events, booking bands, and soaking up live music ourselves, we decided it was time to do things our own way.
When The Wheatsheaf in Leighton Buzzard was facing closure, a few of us good mates and fellow music lovers got together with a new idea: to create an independent venue that brings together all the things we love – live music, great beer, and brilliant events.
We found the perfect spot – the old Blockbuster Video shop – and, with the help of a lot of good friends, we got stuck into the renovations. What used to be a wall of VHS tapes is now a cool, welcoming place where people can come to enjoy cracking gigs, a relaxed atmosphere, and a proper community vibe.
The Crooked Crow Bar is more than just a bar, it’s a labour of love. We're proud of what we've built, proud to support live music, and proud to be part of Leighton Buzzard’s buzzing independent scene.
