The Crooked Crow Bar is an Independent Events Bar based in the heart of Bedfordshire.

From 3pm-8pm (Tue-Fri) we have our after work drop in! With free entry, our crooked pool table, darts & board games available and, of course, great tunes, beer and our great selection of Crow Cocktails! Then in the evenings we host our fantastic events: from live music to Jam nights, stand up comedy, BYO vinyl, quizzes and more!

Plus delicious Pie & Mash street food available every from The Pie Nest every Saturday & Sunday 12-4pm.

Every last Wednesday of the month Castle Comedy teams up with The Crooked Crow Bar to bring you some of the finest stand-up comedians on the circuit, because, let's face it, we could all do with a laugh right now! We have been proud to host some of the finest names in comedy including Ninia Benjamin, Hal Cruttenden, Simon Brodkin, Mike Gunn, Fiona Allen, Nathan Caton, Steve N Allen, Paul McCaffrey, Ian Stone and Henning Wehn.
This is a ticketed event (tickets available on our website and Facebook page). Doors: 7.30pm

Mystery & Murder
1st Wednesday of each month
Join us every 1st Wednesday of the month for a night of Mystery & Murder. This is a blend of an escape room, a games night and a murder mystery all in the setting of an awesome bar! The game is to solve the mystery and find the murderer and it is a new game every month. The game takes approximately 1 hour and you can start play whenever you are ready (between 8-9:30pm). Teams of up to 6 people. And you are welcome to enjoy the bar before/after your game as our pool table will be out, darts and board games available and (of course), awesome tunes and great beers! Free Entry. No pre booking required.
Jam Night
2nd Thursday of each month
With a fantastic house band and drum kit, pa, monitors, mics, stands, and amps provided, this is an event for musicians to be able to get up on our stage and have some fun, drink some beer and bang out some awesome tunes. If you wish to participate, just let us know on the night. You will need to bring your guitar or sticks (depending on what you play) and we will give you a shout when it's time for you to rock out!

The Hip Hop Lounge
Last Friday of each month
The Hip Hop Lounge is the brain child of April Blue & Crazy James, who with a passion for the urban hip-hop scene, wanted to create a platform for fresh talent to perform and for people who love the genre, to enjoy. With open mic slots for singers. rappers & freestylers, guest performances, live band and DJ, this event is absolutely EPIC... Blinding talent, great atmosphere, brilliant music and great beer! *Merch available on the night. 8pm-12am Entry £5

saturday live music
Every Saturday, 9pm
High energy, dance friendly, free live music every Saturday night from 9pm. Over 16s only (under 18s must be accompanied by an adult). There will be very limited seating (but plenty of standing room), loud music and flashing lights during the gig. We recommend you arrive early to ensure entry as Saturday nights tend to be very well attended!

BYO Vinyl
Every Saturday, 12-6pm
Come and give your favourite vinyl a spin on our twin Technic 1200s plus mixer and hear it through our fantastic Studiomaster inhouse PA system. The idea of this event is to create a friendly, chilled environment with a brilliant eclectic soundtrack (so no superstar DJs required)! The pool table is out, board games available and (of course), great beer/cocktails/coffee and delicious pie & mash available 12-4pm. Over 16s only (under 18s must be accompanied by an adult). Dogs welcome.
